Injury time

Ok so I should know better than to try to train hard at the end of term. I have managed to injure my achilles tendon whilst running over cut gate in the peaks. Ultra sound and massage have helped loads, rest is what I need though. Guess I will focus on the bike for a week or so.

On the positive and with huge excitement I have been accepted on the 3 peaks cyclo cross race this year. Brilliant!
